of FSTS GmbH
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between FSTS GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Tennis School," and its customers. They apply to all services offered by the Tennis School. By booking a training session, a course, or any other service, customers accept these GTC.
2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Registration for courses, individual or group training sessions is done through the Sportision booking portal.
2.2 The contract is concluded as soon as the tennis school confirms the registration.
2.3 Registration is binding as soon as it is confirmed by the tennis school.
2.4 Course registrations made through Sportision can be canceled free of charge only until the specified registration deadline. Cancellations after the registration deadline will be billed in full.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 The current prices for courses, individual lessons, and group training sessions are available on the tennis school’s website or in the course materials.
3.2 Course fees must be paid in full no later than 30 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Payment in installments is possible upon consultation with management.
3.3 If payment is not made on time, the tennis school reserves the right to withhold training services until full payment is received, to reassign the court, or to exclude the customer from training. Training sessions missed as a result are still subject to payment.
4. Cancellations, Absences, and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations by the customer:
Private lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made later than that, the full fee will be charged. Group courses, season passes, and Interclub training sessions: No refunds are available for courses unless a doctor’s note is provided.
4.2 Cancellations by the
Tennis SchoolA training session is considered canceled only if it has been canceled by the responsible coach or by the tennis school.
In the case of cancellations due to weather (particularly for outdoor training sessions) or due to a coach’s illness, the corresponding pro-rated amount will not be refunded but will be applied toward the course fee for the following season.
If the participant does not enroll in the immediately following season, the right to this credit expires.
4.3 Prolonged Absence of the Customer
In the event of a prolonged absence by the customer (four or more missed training sessions), for example due to illness or injury, the prorated amount for the unused training sessions may be credited against the course invoice for the following season upon presentation of a doctor’s note.
If the customer does not participate in the immediately following season, the right to such credit expires.
4.4 Cancellation of Training Sessions at the
If a training session must be canceled due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, it is considered to have been properly conducted provided that the session has begun.
4.5 Bad Weather Policy for Junior Courses at TC Reinacherheide
Training takes place regardless of weather conditions. If it rains, an alternative program will be offered (e.g., fitness training).
5. Training-Free Periods
During official school holidays and public holidays in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, regular seasonal training generally does not take place.
During school holidays, tennis camps or other events may be offered. These are separate offers and are not part of the regular seasonal training.
The information in the currently valid price list is decisive for training-free periods. These are binding. Deviations may occur.
6. Liability
6.1 Participation in courses and training sessions is at your own risk. FSTS GmbH and its trainers assume no liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
6.2 Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage against accidents and other risks.
7. Conduct on the Training Facilities
7.1 Customers agree to comply with the rules of the respective training locations.
7.2 Respectful behavior toward other participants, trainers, and facility staff is expected.
7.3 The person responsible is personally liable for any damage to the facility or equipment.
8. Data Protection
8.1 The tennis school processes customers’ personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2 Customer information will not be disclosed to third parties without express consent.
9. Social Media
Photos and videos are published on the FSTS GmbH website and social media channels. Individuals and legal guardians who do not agree with this must inform info@fsts.tennis in writing beforehand.
10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
The tennis school reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes in writing or by email in a timely manner.
11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies to all disputes. The place of jurisdiction is Reinach BL, based on the registered office of FSTS GmbH at Baselstrasse 21, 4153 Reinach.
